Secure Fulfillment Protocol

Every Vizor Lumen™ unit undergoes a multi-stage authorization process at our primary facility. Hardware is sealed in custom anti-static, shock-resistant tactical packaging designed to withstand extreme transmittal conditions.

SECTION.02

Governance & Customs

International transmittals are subject to the governance of the receiving region. Customs fees, import duties, and local taxes are determined by regional authorities and remain the sole responsibility of the biological user. Vizor Lumen™ logistics nodes cannot influence these external variables.

SECTION.03

30-Day Return Protocol

We operate a 30-day transmittal return policy. If the hardware unit does not satisfy your operational requirements, a full refund may be initiated within 30 days of confirmed delivery. Returns must include all original packaging and components to maintain eligibility.
