All content, designs, logos, and trademarks are the proprietary property of VizorLumen™ and may not be used without written authorization.
1. Platform Usage
You agree to utilize this platform for lawful purposes only. Any activity intended to harm the platform, brand, or other users—including unauthorized access to restricted nodes—will result in immediate termination of the user sync.
2. Product Data & Pricing
We strive to display accurate diagnostic product descriptions and technical pricing. However, we reserve the right to correct metadata errors or update information without prior notification.
- All orders are subject to internal acceptance and component availability.
- Payment must be successfully transmitted before order processing begins.
- Vizor Lumen™ reserves the right to modify technical specifications as augmentation technology evolves.
3. Limitation of Liability
VizorLumen™ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our hardware or optical software. The user assumes all biological risks associated with wearable AI diagnostics.
4. Global Authorization
Individual units are authorized for personal usage only. Commercial resale or reverse engineering of the Lumen Lens system is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent from VizorLumen™ HQ.
